Thank you for applying to our Webinar : ‘’ ZEN'' meditation practice ~ Be mindful in the current stressful time of the COVID-19 pandemic ~ . Below is the information of the day.


Date and time: Saturday, December 5th, 2020 , 10: 00-11: 30 (CEST)


【Access information】

・ Please access from here about 5 minutes before the start time of the day (meeting ID = 986 6586 2458,).


・ After you access to the Zoom link, please wait in the waiting room and wait until the start time.


Note:  For security reasons, we will identify the participants' name with the registered ones during the waiting period. Before accessing on the day, please confirm that the displayed name is the same as the application name, OR either the surname or the first name is the same as the application name + initial. (see below examples)


Example of display name: In the case of Mr. Michael Ford

= Michael Ford / M. Ford / Michael F.


The display name can be changed after logging in, so if it is different from the application name, please correct it before the event starts.

Only one person is to access from one devise. In case you applied for more than two people, please use other devises in order to match with the number of applications. 


・ Please refrain from accessing (entering the room) more than 10 minutes after the seminar starts.


・ Recording of the seminar is strictly prohibited.


【About microphone, camera and chat setting】

・ Please mute microphone when you are not speaking. You can turn it on and off by clicking the microphone icon on the screen.


Please leave the Camera on during the Webiner in order to confirm if actual number of participants are the same as the number of applications.  We highly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.


・ Questions will be answered by both chat and voice during Q & A. If you have any questions via chat, please send a message to "to all". (In the case of chat, you can send questions at any time. We will answer at the time of Q & A.)


・ Please refrain from using private chat.

a. Cancellation 3 days before the scheduled event date: Full refund

b. Cancellation 2 days or less before the scheduled event date: No refund

注:安全性を確保するため、待機中に主催者側にて参加者名簿との照合をとらせていただきます。当日アクセスされる前に、表示名(Display Name)をローマ字にて、お申し込み時のお名前通り、もしくは姓・名のいずれかが申込時のお名前通り+イニシャルであることをご確認ください。表示名の変更は待機中も変更可能ですので、申込名と異なってしまっている場合は、開始前までに修正をお願いいたします。



表示名の例:山田太郎(Yamada Taro)さんの場合

=Yamada Taroもしくは、Yamada T、もしくはY Taro













・質問はQ&Aの際にチャット、音声の両方でお受け致します。チャットにてご質問の場合は「全員、an Alle、to all」宛にメッセージをお送り下さい。(チャットの場合は、随時ご質問の送信は可能です。Q&Aの時間にご回答いたします。)




a. 実施予定日より、3日前以前のキャンセル:全額返金
b. 実施予定日より、2日前以降のキャンセル:返金なし
